Updated Group Class Schedule

Paolina has taught at a number of the city’s major Pilates studios, health clubs and physical therapy facilities since 2001.
Based on original Pilates floor exercises, a group class is designed to restore muscular balance, improve posture, helps prevent injury and build strength and flexibility.  However if you are new to Pilates, a few Private studio sessions are recommended.


6:30 PM – 7:30 PM Pilates Mat, with Music, Open level Advanced Repertoire, average size 25 people, Westside Y, 5 West 63 St, between Broadway and Central Park West, 4th floor Gym, large group fitness room. Take all trains that g oto Columbus Circle, just three blocks away.

11:00 AM – 12:00 PM Chair Pilates (a small group training class) uses the Wunda Chair, one of the 5 pieces of Pilates equipment to teach an extremely challenging class, that works your deepest layer of muscles to improve balance, leg strength, and elongating your center axis, to help spinal issues and joint issues. Trmendous results are felt after two classes, extremely hard workout. Max size 8 people., Westide Y

9:30 AM – 10:30 AM Pilates Mat Principles, Ever thought of how your feet relate to your pelvis? Learn how to realign and strengthen your pelvis and protect your back. Feel the connections to your alignment and your strength. Average size 10 people, Westside Y
