Get ready to feel taller, stronger and leaner! This class will help you prevent sciatica, diastis recti and joint issues with exercises using big balls, therabands, and hand weights!

Prenatal Pilates ‘Chair’ Challenge is offered at Westside YMCA, on Wednesday 11:45 AM, 5 West 63 Street, 4th floor multipurpose room. First class free, $224 per term for non members/ 8 weeks/ prorated till week 4)
The format is similar to the class in the video however we have added a wonderful Pilates equipment called a Wunda chair for deeper effect. JOIN US!
