I started Pilates as a kid. Doing Pilates as a teen changed my life. There is basically nothing more to say.


Pilates for Teens are improves strength, flexibility, balance, stability, joint health, coordination, posture, breath capacity, bone density and cognitive function and facilitates better self embodiment.
